I have been a patient of Dr. Niloo Prasad for the past few years. The office is clean and staff are kind. Unfortunately, the wait time has increased extremely and is becoming an unreasonable amount of time from check in to seeing the doctor. My appointments have been knowledgeable and pleasant. Everyone is very pleasant and always ready to help. I would most definitely recommend this clinic. I went in due to anemia and was treated by Dr. Chitra Kumar. She was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my condition and treatment. I also received iron infusions, and the entire team was wonderful. They made me feel calm, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the process.
