About Agnieszka Odrodnik
Receiving a cancer diagnosis often feels overwhelming. Patients and their families encounter numerous challenges as they transition into long-term treatment, and it is not uncommon to feel as if their lives have been upended. “My role is to make that transition as seamless as possible,” says Agnieszka. She aims to reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed by creating a smooth journey.
While high-quality medical care is part of this role, that’s not everything that effective nursing entails. Sometimes, people simply need someone to be present. Agnieszka makes herself available to patients to answer their questions, address their concerns, and reassure them that the RCCA team is listening. RCCA is not a distant care provider. We support patients through every stage of their journey, from diagnosis to remission or long-term management, to give them peace of mind.
