About Dr. Krystal Park
Dr. Park chose a career in medicine after caring for both of her grandparents through serious illnesses. She recalls the profound impact that compassionate medical professionals had on her grandparents’ well-being, particularly the oncologist who worked with her grandfather. This inspired her to pursue a career in hematology and oncology. “I chose this field,” says Dr. Park, “because I want to help others through their most vulnerable moments, just as my family was helped.”
Dr. Park believes in the power of compassion and gentle guidance to make a difference in her patients’ lives. Driven by this belief, she approaches patient care with a focus on the individual. She strives to understand each patient’s unique needs and values to deliver the care that they need.

This means educating patients on their diagnosis and treatment options while simultaneously listening to what they have to say about their hopes, goals, and fears. This helps her build a trusting relationship. “I aim to provide both expert treatment and personalized care,” she adds.
