Jacqueline joined RCCA with over twenty years of financial leadership experience in the healthcare sector as Controller and a passion for building strong, sustainable organizations.

Jacqueline’s journey is one of dedication and impact. At Optum (formerly Riverside Medical Group), she spent seventeen years helping to grow the practice from just five offices to over 100 across New Jersey. Her strategic financial guidance was a driving force behind that expansion, and her collaborative spirit made her a trusted partner across teams.

Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments Jacqueline is a proud graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and she holds a CPA license in New York. Her blend of expertise, vision and heart makes her a perfect fit for RCCA’s mission.
