As the Director of Revenue Cycle, Dilcia is responsible for payment-posting process, collections and accounts receivable management, denial management, reporting of results and analysis, coding and compliance, insurance contract review and oversight, customer services related to Revenue Cycle, and training and development related to Revenue Cycle, including all other Revenue Cycle management activities.
Her experience began working as a medical assistant and data analyst, after which she became manager of operations for ProHEALTH Medical Management, one of the largest private, multi-specialty medical practices in the Northeast. She then served as director of operations at Orion HealthCorp and most recently as Manager, Revenue Cycle at Northwell Health at Home, a nonprofit integrated health-care network and one of New York state’s largest health-care providers and private employers.
