With more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Arvind Kumar is in private practice in Edison, N.J. and board certified in Internal Medicine as well as Medical Oncology.

He completed his residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center and did his fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is past chairman of the Medical Oncology Department at JFK Medical Center and has taught in the medical residency program at Muhlenberg Hospital and Raritan Bay Medical Centers. He has lectured extensively on a variety of subjects related to medical oncology both in the United States and abroad. Very involved in philanthropy, Dr. Kumar supports health care and educational endeavors for underserved populations in both the United States and in India.
