Andrew Crespo is Senior Director of Payer Strategy and Relations for Regional Cancer Care Associates. In this role, he leads payer contracting strategy, advances managed care relationships, and partners with RCCA leadership to strengthen reimbursement performance, contract execution, and value-based care opportunities across the organization.
Andrew brings nearly a decade of experience in managed care, payer strategy, and healthcare contracting across both provider and payer organizations. Before joining RCCA, he served as Director of Managed Care at Richmond University Medical Center, where he led payer negotiations, managed commercial and government payer relationships, and established contract operations and renewal workflows. Earlier in his career, Andrew spent more than eight years with UnitedHealthcare in network contracting and strategy roles, with experience across physician, ancillary, commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid contracting.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Rutgers University.
