Cancer Support Community Central NJ Offers "Cancer Transitions, Moving Beyond Treatment, Cancer Survivorship" at the East Brunswick Public Library - Six Week Series Running from Sept. 30 thru Nov. 4, 2015

Wednesday September 30, 2015 6:00pm Cancer Support Community Central NJ will offer "Cancer Transitions, Moving Beyond Treatment, Cancer Survivorship." Take part in this free six week series for people with ALL types of cancer diagnoses who have completed active treatment one month to two years ago and currently have no evidence of disease.
